CalTier Launches Its Latest Retail Investor Offering

SAN DIEGO, March 26, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–CalTier, Inc. (CalTier), the innovative alternative investment platform, announced it has launched its latest Regulation A fund offering. This new fund allows retail investors, both accredited and non-accredited, to invest directly in CalTier, Inc. to support the Company’s continued growth, services, and development of its alternative investment platform.

“As one of the leading companies in the online and alternative investment space and with any growing company, raising capital is always part of the process. Opening this new fund using the Regulation A exemption is great because pretty much anyone over the age of 18, regardless of wealth, can invest with us from only $189,” said Matt Belcher, Founder and CEO of CalTier. “Our user community has grown significantly over the past twenty-four months and we like to give them the opportunity to invest alongside us as we grow. The new fund does just that at a low and accessible entry point. With this new launch, we want to continue to grow our offerings and the platform.”

According to a Fidelity study on alternative investments, “Institutions have historically held higher average allocations to alternatives than advisors (23% v 6%).” CalTier is working to give retail investors the type of access to alternative investments that institutions often have.
